Before your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, you will be required to submit identity verification documents including a clear, legible copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), proof of address dated within the last three months such as a utility bill or bank statement, and a selfie photograph holding your identity card next to your face.
Verification documents must be submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format with file sizes under 5MB. All text on documents must be clearly readable. We reserve the right to request additional documentation if initial submissions are unclear or insufficient. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within thirty (30) days of request may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 999sl account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
999sl will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately. You are liable for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify us of a security breach.
999sl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, participated in money laundering, colluded with other players, used automated betting software or bots, exploited system vulnerabilities or errors, abused bonuses or promotions, or provided false information during registration or verification.
Upon account closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and your remaining balance (excluding any bonus funds or winnings derived from fraudulent activity) will be returned to you via your original deposit method within thirty (30) business days.
